The role
Join as a Staff Backend Engineer focused on Listings, Host Tools, and AI to empower hosts to run their business more efficiently.
Lead technical direction, design scalable backend services, and own data pipelines and ML model integrations.
Collaborate with product, ML, and design partners to prototype ideas and influence product strategy.
Drive API and architecture improvements, conduct technical and code reviews, and promote best practices in testing and reliability.
Mentor and grow junior engineers while delivering high-impact, user-facing tooling and platforms.
Remote in the United States with occasional on-site/offsite collaboration as needed; you will partner across teams to deliver scalable data and AI tooling for hosts.
