Lead the technical direction and delivery of end-to-end feed relevance and personalization systems at scale.
Own architecture and strategy for ranking, personalization, and ML pipelines powering millions of users.
Collaborate with product, design, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and user-centric experiences.
Mentor and grow senior and staff engineers, fostering a healthy engineering culture.
