The role
Provide a professional yet relaxed dining service for residents and visitors in a care environment.
Deliver prepared meals from kitchen to dining areas, serving them in a pleasant and timely manner.
Set up tables, maintain tidy work areas, and prepare food spaces to uphold high hygiene standards.
Offer friendly, responsive service with clear communication to residents and colleagues.
Ensure refreshment is available and accommodate residents' dietary needs and preferences.
Work as part of a team and adapt to residents' changing needs with care and initiative.
