Investment Banking – Natural Resources Analyst to Vice President

An established mid-market investment bank is expanding its Natural Resources coverage team in Manchester. The group advises across energy, power, and mining, providing M&A, corporate broking, and capital-markets advisory to corporate and institutional clients. The role involves executing and leading transactions primarily in M&A and corporate broking, managing deal processes end-to-end, and supporting client relationships across corporates and financial sponsors. Candidates are expected to have 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking within natural resources or related sectors, a strong technical background in valuation and financial modelling, and proven transaction experience. Excellent communication skills and confident commercial judgement are essential, with clear prospects for career progression within a growing platform.
