The role
The HRIS & Integrations Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the HR platform, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering system integrations for a multinational organisation. The role involves working as a subject matter expert on HiBob, leading integrations with payroll and identity management systems, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver projects. The specialist must possess strong technical and analytical skills, with experience in HRIS platforms, APIs, and data flows. Additionally, the position requires coordinating vendor and stakeholder activities, troubleshooting data issues, and enhancing the employee HR experience.
