The role
A health care assistant provides essential support in community settings, assisting clients with daily activities and personal care. They are responsible for maintaining dignity, monitoring health conditions, and supporting independence. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a caring attitude. Experience in domiciliary care and driving capability are often required.
