The role
This ICU Registered Nurse role is for night shifts in Albany, NY, delivering critical care.
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, respond to changes, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
Administer medications and therapies, perform procedures as ordered, and ensure accurate charting.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and support staff to develop and execute patient care plans.
Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications include valid state licensure and applicable certifications, with drug screening and background checks required.
