The role
Work as a Residential Surveyor in a remote, Carlisle-based role within a fixed geographic area.
Carry out Level 1 and Level 2 residential surveys and produce accurate valuation reports using market-leading technology.
Achieve personal income targets with a competitive base salary and achievable bonuses; OTE up to £70,000 for senior candidates.
Open to newly qualified SAVA members as well as AssocRICS or higher, with salary adjusted accordingly.
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisation and communication.
Requirements include a UK driving licence and ongoing professional development through industry updates.
