The role
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) for a manufacturing/embedded software program.
Decompose epics into user stories and actionable tasks to maintain transparency, momentum, and clear delivery expectations.
Coach the team on Scrum and Agile practices, fostering a self-organizing, high-performing culture and continuous improvement.
Identify, remove, and escalate impediments, manage risks, and ensure focus on committed sprint work.
Collaborate with product management, development leadership, PMO, and clients to clarify requirements and align delivery timelines with capacity.
Monitor progress, support capacity planning, governance, and delivery quality to ensure successful releases.
