The role
AECOM seeks a Mechanical Engineer to join the water team at their Manchester office, focusing on the design and management of mechanical aspects in water and wastewater projects. Responsibilities include site surveys, designing pumping stations, calculating headloss, pump selection, and creating technical specifications and reports. The role involves engaging in all project stages from feasibility to construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with clients. Experience in water sector design, BEng or MEng qualification, and professional membership are required.
