The role
Lead a project from start to finish on a machine learning problem with potential impact on large-scale discovery and ranking tasks.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to build intelligent, data-driven models using ML, NLP, and graph analysis.
Write clean, efficient code in Python (or other languages) and leverage ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Tackle problems in ranking, information retrieval, NLP, graph embeddings, and computer vision to improve recommendations and search.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate findings clearly, and take ownership from planning to delivery.
Hybrid in-office internship in Toronto (2-3 days/week) from September 17 to December 11, 2026, with mentorship and growth opportunities.
