The role
Lead and manage a team of 4-6 product data analytics professionals, guiding cross-functional collaboration and ensuring high-quality, timely insights.
Drive the technical strategy for self-service analytics, enabling scalable tooling and repeatable analyses that unlock higher-value work.
Redesign the experimentation approach by partnering with product and engineering to define eventing, cohorts, analytics standards, and evaluation rigor.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, advocating for your team's involvement at the right time and delivering cross-team analytics with impact.
Own ambitious quarterly roadmaps, delivering tooling and processes that accelerate delivery and align analytics with strategic priorities.
Ensure accountability for commitments, maintain data quality and reliability, and cultivate autonomous, high-performing teams focused on the most impactful work.
