The role
As a Senior Software Engineer on the agent lab NLU team, you will design and evolve production-grade AI agent systems for scale and reliability.
You will implement frontier AI algorithms and help productionize them, focusing on areas such as agent orchestration, sandboxed execution, latency, memory, and enterprise knowledge graphs.
Apply the latest ML and LLM advances to improve product experiences and drive the evolution of the engineering roadmap.
Write robust, readable, and performant code and mentor peers to raise the bar for operational excellence.
Collaborate with ML, security, product, UX, and customer success teams to build a best-in-class enterprise AI product.
Expect ownership, startup pace, and a strong curiosity for applying AI to real-world business outcomes.
