The role

Compliance Officer:

Assist Chief Compliance Officer in managing compliance and operational risk functions for CMC Markets Bermuda Ltd. and CMC Markets Canada Inc.
Ensure regulatory compliance with Bermuda Monetary Authority and Canadian regulatory requirements, including CIRO, OSC, and AMF.
Develop and maintain compliance policies
