The role
Prosecute all stages of criminal cases within the Organized Crime Task Force.
Investigate and prosecute complex networks, including drug trafficking, money laundering, human trafficking, and fraud.
Provide legal guidance to agents, review evidence, and make charging recommendations.
Staff cases, coordinate with federal, state, and local partners, and deconflict investigative priorities.
Present matters to the Multicounty Grand Jury as required and handle trial and appellate work.
Requires a licensed attorney with at least 3 years of criminal prosecution experience and strong written and verbal communication.
