The role
A corporate solicitor with 1-2 years PQE is sought to work on a broad range of corporate transactions, including equity investment rounds, mergers, acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and cross-border deals. The role involves advising startups, scale-ups, founders, and investors at different growth stages, providing exposure to high-end work and direct client contact. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, taking on responsibility and developing their professional network while contributing to business development efforts. Technical skills in corporate law, client relationship management, and transaction execution are essential. Experience with cross-jurisdictional matters and a proactive, team-oriented approach will be highly valued.
