The role
The physiotherapist assesses and manages a range of musculoskeletal conditions primarily in outpatient and home-based settings, delivering evidence-based treatments and personalised rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical assessments, formulating goals, and providing advice tailored to individual patient circumstances, all while maintaining accurate records according to professional standards. The role involves liaising with managers for reports and return-to-work plans, and delivering group exercises and education programmes. Candidates should possess registration with CSP, HCPC or BASRaT and demonstrate strong communication skills. Experience in occupational health is desirable but not essential, as full training and further qualifications will be provided.
