The role
Line 1: Seeking a Sr. Machine Learning Engineer with strong NLP and Gen AI expertise to drive state-of-the-art projects in an onsite setting in Westlake Village, CA.
Line 2: Lead ML and NLP initiatives, focusing on practical AI applications and scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.
Line 3: Requirements: 3+ years in machine learning and natural language processing; 4+ years Python; experience with ML/NLP libraries, AWS, and SQL.
Line 4: Proficiency with NER and search technologies (e.g., BM25; BM42 is a plus); familiarity with Gen AI, Agentic AI, and LLM training is a plus.
Line 5: Educational background: BS in Computer Science or related field; MS in ML preferred; strong communication and agile teamwork are essential.
Line 6: US citizenship or permanent residency is required.
