The role
Lead the plant's production control and logistics activities in alignment with the PC&L strategy.
Direct customer management, deliveries, and production planning to ensure on-time, error-free service.
Manage internal and external flows, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the department budget and drive cost control, scheduling accuracy, and resource optimization.
Develop a high-performing team, promote standard work, safety, and quality basics.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize processes, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
