The role
Serve as the discipline lead and Engineer of Record on assigned projects, delivering HVAC, plumbing, and hydronic system designs that meet codes and client expectations.
Own concept-to-construction delivery, performing loads, equipment sizing, layouts, and control sequences with a focus on constructability and energy efficiency.
Lead production in Revit and AutoCAD, ensure model coordination with other disciplines, and conduct QA/QC reviews of calculations, diagrams, and specifications.
Prepare and review calculations, system diagrams, and specifications; respond to RFIs and manage submittals with contractors and AHJs.
Mentor junior engineers, support staff development, and contribute to proposals and technical presentations for business development.
Travel regionally as needed with hybrid work flexibility and a strong emphasis on collaborative, client-focused project delivery.
