The role
Supports pediatric nutrition research through data management, interpretation, and analysis of study data.
Performs data analysis in R and develops visualizations to summarize findings.
Provides support for high-dimensional data analyses, including genomic and metabolomic data.
Adapts existing scripts for analysis and visualization while ensuring reproducible workflows and proper study documentation.
Interprets results, identifies significant factors and trends, and writes technical summaries for dissemination.
Collaborates with a multi-site interdisciplinary team; onsite role in Houston, TX.
