The role
The role involves developing scalable SaaS applications with a focus on Big Data technologies, requiring expertise in PHP and experience with high-performance systems processing billions of messages daily. The candidate will work within a data team, collaborating on project conception through to delivery while conducting code reviews and requirement scoping in an agile environment. Key skills include PHP, MySQL, Kafka or Pulsar, and AWS, alongside knowledge of databases, data analytics, and machine learning. The position demands a proactive individual capable of solving complex performance issues and working with cloud and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
