The role
The position involves working within the Security Operations Centre supporting security solutions and services for clients. Candidates will need to document their work accurately while providing technical support over multiple channels and responding to security incidents. Familiarity with monitoring tools, threat hunting, and investigation processes are essential. Candidates should have an interest in cyber security and some understanding of networking and operating systems. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow documented procedures. It is a full-time position based in Leeds, with shift patterns rotating across a 6-week, 24/7 schedule.
