The role
An experienced HR Manager is required to oversee all aspects of human resources within a manufacturing environment in Brackley. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, providing expert advice on employee relations, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration. The successful candidate will develop HR policies, lead engagement initiatives, and ensure legal compliance, including GDPR. They will collaborate with managers to foster a positive workplace culture and support training and development. Knowledge of UK employment law, payroll, and HR systems is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. A CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is preferred, with experience in manufacturing advantageous.
