The role
Perform comprehensive financial statement analysis and develop robust financial models for power and utilities clients.
Create marketing materials and client presentations to support buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Support transaction structuring and execution with increasing levels of responsibility over time.
Identify and develop business opportunities through rigorous industry and market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Corporate Banking, ECM, Fixed Income, and Derivatives to deliver integrated solutions.
Contribute to M&A activity, capital raises, and debt/equity financing for leading platforms in the sector, under tight deadlines.
