The role
You will drive product strategy and monetization for our advertising platform by designing and testing auction and monetization models. Build and maintain KPI dashboards and forecasting models to track revenue, inventory, adoption, usage, and churn. Lead rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments, conducting cohort analyses to explain test results and drivers. Create concise, data-driven narratives and test recaps that clearly communicate business impact to executives and stakeholders. Collaborate with backend teams to deploy ML-powered solutions for large-scale, user-facing ad products. Manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
