The role
The Investment Banking Associate is an intermediate-level professional who supports clients in raising capital and provides strategic advisory for mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions.
Collaborates with the Institutional Banking team to execute investment banking activities and enhance deal execution.
Leverages prior investment banking or related experience to strengthen M&A execution and capital-raising capabilities.
Mentors and guides analysts, manages information flow, and shares credit and exposure information as appropriate.
Vigilantly assesses risk, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policy, and ethical standards, and escalating control issues with transparency.
Contributes to franchise development through high-quality client solutions, teamwork, and thoughtful client engagement.
