The role
As a Staff Data Scientist, you will lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions to predict trends and inform strategic decisions.
You will develop and implement predictive models to solve complex business problems and improve operational efficiency.
You will leverage emerging technologies to enhance data reliability and the precision of forecasts, including, for example, forecasting customer contact volumes.
You will drive a data-driven transformation by embedding advanced analytics into business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will stay current on AI/ML advancements and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
You will define metrics to measure impact and guide strategic decisions that grow performance and value.
