The role
Develop construction documents for permitting and project starts for residential designs.
Revise architectural plans and thoroughly coordinate all sheets affected by changes.
Collaborate with field team members and city coordinators to address on-site and permitting issues.
Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and compliance across drawings.
Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce and update construction drawings with attention to detail.
Demonstrate a service-oriented, team-focused mindset with strong communication and time-management skills.
