The role
Lead transaction execution and client engagements across M&A and corporate finance initiatives.
Collaborate with Analysts and Associates to build financial models and pitch books, conduct company research, and analyze data to advise current or prospective clients.
Present market updates and strategic ideas to clients, including capital markets, M&A, and capital raising opportunities.
Participate in pitches and client calls to help generate business and strengthen relationships.
Identify operational risks and control deficiencies, ensure compliance with firm policies, and escalate issues to management and risk functions in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of professional conduct, hold required licenses (e.g., Series 79 and 63), and demonstrate collaboration, integrity, and an inclusive mindset.
