Product Manager SaaS

A product manager is required to oversee the strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for a well-established SaaS platform. They will lead discovery to understand customer problems, collaborate closely with UX and engineering teams from discovery through to delivery, and evaluate ideas with evidence-led decisions. The role involves balancing user needs with business objectives, reducing engineering waste, and defining success metrics centred on adoption and outcomes. They should utilise customer insights, product data, and experimentation to inform decisions, and work with senior stakeholders across various departments. An interest in AI and its application to enhance the customer experience is essential, although AI expertise is not mandatory.
