The role
Own the full ML product stack from data to inference, shaping the core intelligence of a new global consumer AI experience.
Design and experiment with model architectures, frontier open-source models, and scalable end-to-end training pipelines.
Lead state-of-the-art fine-tuning methods (LoRA/QLoRA, SFT, DPO) and develop robust evaluation and alignment frameworks.
Architect scalable inference systems (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, DeepSpeed) and deploy GPU-efficient deployment pipelines.
Build data platforms for high-quality synthetic and real-world data, with a strong emphasis on safety and guardrails.
Shape early product direction, explore frontier techniques (retrieval augmentation, mixture-of-experts, multimodal models), and drive production-ready impact.
