The role
Own end-to-end model development, from data pipelines to deployment, for a new global consumer AI product.
Architect and refine transformer models, experiment with frontier architectures, and optimize inference at scale.
Design training pipelines (data → training → eval → inference) and build robust evaluation, safety, and alignment frameworks.
Lead GPU optimization, latency reduction, and scalable deployment using vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, and DeepSpeed.
Shape early product direction, explore retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, and multimodal capabilities.
Operate with a founder's mindset—high ownership, rapid iteration, humility, and a drive to ship meaningful AI experiences.
