The role
You will oversee the end-to-end Search & Discovery systems and help design next-generation infrastructure to support rapid business growth.
Own design, implementation, and optimization across serving, pipelines, and ML components.
Drive critical developments, remove blockers, and ensure robust system designs and operational excellence.
Be metrics-driven, identify opportunities, and quantify impact on business outcomes.
Collaborate with partner teams, align technical directions with stakeholders, and recruit and mentor top talent.
Maintain autonomy to explore innovative ML and deep learning solutions that infuse intelligence into the search stack, reporting to the engineering VP of Search and Discovery.
