The role
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to support daily manufacturing operations.
Assemble products manually and with tools, and feed materials into machines.
Perform quality checks and inspect products at each production stage to ensure specs are met.
Mark products, clean equipment, and maintain a tidy, safe work station.
Load and unload materials, assist machine operators, and adapt to fast-paced, physically demanding tasks.
Work in a non-climate-controlled plant with PPE requirements and regular exposure to moving parts, noise, dust, and chemicals.
