The role
As a Benefits Coordinator, educate union members about benefits available through their affiliation with clear, accurate explanations.
Assist members in understanding options and opt-in benefits; sales occur only if the member requests it.
This is a remote role with flexible hours; residents of California are required; no cold calling.
Receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and a defined career path with growth opportunities.
Engage with diverse members across unions and associations, delivering professional, customer-focused service.
Maintain integrity, self-motivation, and strong interpersonal skills to support member success and organizational goals.
