The role
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI systems, from data to inference.
Shape model architectures, training strategies, and scalable deployment for a global consumer AI product.
Own data pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and inference stacks, while experimenting with frontier LLMs and multimodal models.
Develop alignment, safety, and guardrails; optimize GPU usage and latency at scale.
Explore frontier techniques such as retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, and distillation.
Operate with a founder’s mindset—ownership, rapid iteration, and rigorous engineering.
