The role
Position: Recruitment Resourcer - Healthcare, based in Leeds City Centre; salary £26,500-£27,500 plus monthly bonus.
Source and interview candidates, register and manage them on the CRM, and ensure full compliance for placement into private healthcare across Yorkshire.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, providing support and handling queries throughout placement.
Deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients, and assist the team with day-to-day recruitment activities and campaigns.
Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.
