The role
Role: Senior BI Engineer on the Healthcare Data & Analytics team supporting Finance Operations. Translate business outcomes into analytics tasks, define metrics, and collaborate with leaders to optimize data-driven processes. Responsibilities include designing scalable analytics, building reliable reports and dashboards in QuickSight, and delivering timely insights for operations and leadership. Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities, including AI, to continuously enhance analytics while reducing manual effort. Represent Healthcare Analytics in business reviews, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring data governance and consistent metric definitions across global service centers.
