The role
Deliver direct inpatient physical therapy to patients across the lifespan to improve physical health and functional abilities.
Apply evidence-based treatments, document thoroughly for medical necessity, and support timely billing.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to set goals, educate patients and families, and plan safe discharge.
Pursue ongoing professional development, maintain licensure, and promote the profession within the facility and community.
Provide supervision as required, adhere to regulatory standards, and accommodate varied shift lengths as needed.
Compensation includes competitive pay and benefits with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
