Senior Project Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end, multi-modal transportation for a wide range of cargo—including hazardous materials, general freight, and oversized shipments—across export, import, and domestic movements.
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery with proactive communication throughout the transportation lifecycle.
Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in internal systems, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to support seamless project logistics execution.
Negotiate freight rates and service terms with ocean, air, trucking, and warehousing partners to secure competitive, reliable solutions; onboard service-oriented vendors aligned with operational standards.
Support end-to-end supply chain activities, including order coordination, inventory movement, customs support, shipment tracking, and documentation compliance, while adapting to multiple time zones.
