The role
A Carpenter / Joiner is responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance work within void properties, ensuring safety and efficiency. They operate handheld tools and equipment, completing tasks using a handheld device with full training provided. Candidates should have relevant trade qualifications, knowledge of health and safety standards, and experience in void property repairs. A valid UK driving licence and CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card are required, with opportunities for training support if qualifications are lacking. The role offers the chance to develop skills through training programmes in a supportive environment.
