The role
A Carpenter / Joiner is required to undertake repairs and maintenance tasks within void properties for a property services company in Stockport. The role involves delivering high-quality trade work using handheld tools, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 qualification in Carpentry, with knowledge of health and safety regulations, and hold or be working towards a CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card. Reliable and punctual, the successful applicant will operate small plant equipment and possess a valid UK driving licence.
