The role
Oversee and coordinate construction operations across multiple job sites on a nationwide travel schedule.
Serve as the on-site lead, coordinating with project managers at HQ to align scope, schedule, and quality.
Travel 100% across the United States to manage retail tenant improvement projects from start to finish.
Direct and supervise subcontractors and client vendors, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely execution.
Required: 5+ years in commercial fast-track construction with ability to read blueprints and specifications; OSHA knowledge; strong leadership and communication.
Must be proactive, adaptable, and proficient with Outlook for professional communication in a dynamic client-focused environment.
