The role
Lead and supervise complex construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Procore to coordinate all phases of construction.
Oversee procurement, budgeting, and cost control using HeavyBid or comparable tools to maintain financial targets.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide field activities and ensure conformance to design specifications; supervise on-site teams.
Administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors; conduct regular site inspections and enforce OSHA safety standards.
Document progress with daily reports, change orders, and QA procedures while fostering collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
