The role
Create and maintain business requirements, process flows, use cases, and gap analyses in a Waterfall environment.
Develop BRD and FRD documents, analyze data and workflows, and define project scope.
Participate in gap analysis to identify current system deficiencies and outline the changes needed for the proposed system.
Lead JAD sessions to collaboratively design a solution that meets business requirements, resolves issues, and updates requirements as needed.
Create and configure new JIRA projects and collaborate with departments to maintain existing JIRA projects.
Demonstrate quick learning ability in a fast-paced service-focused environment, with strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
