The role
Realityjam offers a remote apprenticeship programme for aspiring game developers, emphasising real-world experience and professional growth in game creation. Participants will engage in world building, in-game content development, and utilise tools such as Unity and Blender to enhance their skills. The programme includes a 12-month training phase followed by a guaranteed 12-month apprenticeship, working on MMO titles and gaining exposure to live projects. Apprentices also have the opportunity to achieve a recognised Unity certification that can open global employment opportunities. The initiative is tailored for UK residents with a passion for game design and a portfolio showcasing personal or professional projects. Upon completion, successful apprentices may be considered for full-time roles within the studio, subject to case-by-case evaluation.
