The role
An Assistant Site Manager is responsible for managing daily operations, supervising internal and external refurbishment works within occupied and void social housing properties, coordinating trades and suppliers, and monitoring project progress and quality standards. The role involves ensuring safety regulations are adhered to, conducting site inspections and audits, managing health and safety compliance, and maintaining effective communication with clients and teams. The candidate should have relevant construction qualifications, including CSCS and SMSTS, with experience in social housing refurbishment preferred. The position requires a full UK driving licence and a proactive attitude towards delivering high standards.
