The role
Lead the design, training, and deployment of state-of-the-art computer vision and ML models in production to enhance in-store customer experiences.
Develop algorithms for object detection, tracking, product identification, and scene understanding tailored to retail settings.
Collaborate with software engineers and CV engineers across product teams to build robust, scalable solutions with strong testability and efficiency.
Ensure model robustness and generalization, validate accuracy, and translate research prototypes into production-ready code.
Drive research and development, evaluate tradeoffs, and communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
Bring a self-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and business needs.
