The role
A Product Manager in Aberdeen is responsible for shaping and managing a product portfolio across its entire lifecycle, ensuring products remain competitive and aligned with business objectives. They define and refine the product roadmap using customer insights, market trends, and performance data to continuously improve offerings. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, digital, marketing, operations, and sales teams to deliver product initiatives from discovery to launch and beyond. The manager builds a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, translating them into clear product strategies and value propositions. They lead the development and launch of new products from initial concept through to post-launch optimisation, making informed investment decisions to maximise commercial success. Acting as a product advocate, they engage with customers and internal teams to communicate value, gather insights, and improve product adoption.
